Introducing the LG9000 water-based adhesive, a superior choice for floor decoration materials demanding high elasticity and excellent curing attributes, such as wood flooring, SPC, WPC, and LVT. This versatile adhesive is ideal for use as a wet-bond, pressure-sensitive adhesive on pre-treated absorbent substrates. Furthermore, it excels as a gap-filling, pressure-sensitive adhesive, even on non-absorbent substrates or existing flooring, albeit to a limited extent.
When applying on non-absorbent substrates, you can proceed with flooring installation 20-50 minutes post adhesive application. Revel in its enduring adhesion, exceptional peel and shear strength, rapid curing, and high curing strength. Ensure the substrate is solid, smooth, dry, crack-free, and dust-free. For uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent surfaces, pre-treat with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to avert substrate debonding.
Installation Instructions
For a flawless wood flooring installation, it is best to utilize a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesive applications. Remember to replace the notched bar every 100 square meters. The open time is determined by the adhesive quantity used, prevailing climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. The adhesive becomes ready for flooring installation when it begins to form strings.
This adhesive is also perfectly suited for wet bonding applications of SPC, WPC, and LVT flooring. It is advisable to use a B1 notched trowel, with the notched bar replaced every 100 square meters. Begin the flooring installation as the adhesive forms strings, ensuring effective adhesion to the floor and transfer to the back of the flooring. During installation, ensure that the entire surface is uniformly pressed with a roller, and utilize a cork board to press edges and corners. Guarantee that the entire surface is flattened without any dead spots, allowing optimal bonding. Repeat rolling after 20 minutes. Adhere to the technical instructions provided by Lan Guan for best results.
