For uneven, rough, dusty, or non-absorbent substrates, pre-treat with LG180 Substrate Hardener or LG670 Non-Absorbent Interface Agent to prevent debonding, providing a secure foundation for lasting flooring integrity.
Installation Instructions
For the flawless installation of wood flooring, employ a B11 notched trowel specifically designed for wood flooring adhesives. Replace the notched bar every 100 square meters to maintain optimal application. Consider the open time based on adhesive quantity, climate conditions, and substrate absorption rate. Know it's ready when strings form, indicating peak performance. This method ensures a smooth application and a perfect alignment, allowing your beautiful flooring to showcase its finest.
For wet bonding of SPC, WPC, LVT floors, a B1 notched trowel is recommended, with the notched bar replaced every 100 square meters for consistent results. Begin flooring installation as the adhesive forms strings, guaranteeing effective adhesion and transfer to the flooring's backing. During installation, roll the entire surface with a roller, using a cork board to press edges and corners, ensuring seamless adherence without dead spots.
