Our Commercial Vinyl Glue is designed to reinforce cement mortar wall surfaces with minor sand shedding and aerated concrete block surfaces. It is also ideal for putty powder, paint, cement mortar surfaces, or absorbent substrates like concrete. This innovative product effectively seals capillary pores and cracks in the substrate, significantly reducing the absorption of porous materials.

By preventing moisture in the leveling layer from being absorbed by the substrate, our glue enhances the bonding strength of the leveling layer, ensuring a firm adhesion between the leveling layer and the foundation. This eliminates common issues such as peeling, flaking, cracking, and bubbling.

Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is smooth & dry, free of cracks, oil stains & chemical additives such as release agents. For loose substrates or significant sand shedding, this product is unsuitable for reinforcement, requiring shot blasting. Sand the substrate thoroughly and vacuum before application.

Application Method

 

>> Remove any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface.

>> Dilute the hardener with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 based on substrate absorption. Apply one coat with a roller brush, ensuring complete penetration.

>> For optimal reinforcement, multiple coats can be applied.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly applied with putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-leveling cement.
