SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust particles, loose debris, and remnants of old coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine foundation.
2. Sand away any uneven sections of the ground, effectively removing loose concrete and impurities, resulting in a smooth and flawless surface ready for the next phase.
3. Maintain a dry base that is completely free of puddles, setting the stage for perfect application.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is advisable to employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to achieve optimal treatment results.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer. Choose an appropriate primer and apply it. Once the primer has been absorbed and is drying (around 2-6 hours post-application), prepare to commence the self-leveling process.
2. Fill a container with approximately 5 liters of pristine water, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly using a mixer until the blend is impeccably smooth and devoid of lumps. Distribute the mixed material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the fresh mixture from direct sunlight and strong winds to ensure optimal results.
3. Before the compound starts to set, employ a defoaming roller to eliminate any trapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry for your convenience.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment temperature between 5°C and 30°C, ensuring that relative humidity remains low to achieve the best results.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio guidelines specified in the product manual. Deviating from the recommended water amount can compromise the performance of the self-leveling material.
3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within 20 minutes to avoid it solidifying and becoming unusable, ensuring a seamless finish.
4. Exercise caution during the construction process to prevent the material from splashing into the eyes or onto the skin, ensuring safety at all times.
5. Refrain from allowing heavy objects to strike the ground or exposing it to water during the curing period to preserve the integrity of the surface.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, handle with care to prevent collisions or compression that could damage the packaging, ensuring the product arrives in perfect condition.
