Product introduction
This Super Wear-resistant Floor Sealing Hardener fully penetrates concrete to depths of 5mm - 8mm, where it reacts with free calcium and magnesium ions to create a dense crystalline structure. This transformative process hardens the entire surface, turning it into a more robust, durable, and visually appealing concrete floor.
The lithium-based hardener for emery floors is meticulously formulated for emery floors, also known as wear-resistant floors, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Over time, emery floors may encounter dust and dirt problems due to their porous, cement-based nature. These floors have unique structural compositions, pH levels, and trace element contents. Our emery floor hardener is designed to address these specific characteristics, ensuring that all active components participate in a comprehensive reaction, resulting in a uniformly treated surface.
Application scope
Industrial floors; Workshop floors; Supermarket floors; Concrete parking lots; Concrete highways; Airport runways; Concrete bridges; Concrete docks; Concrete walls; Sports centers; Locations with concrete or cement mortar bases; Reinforcement of new and old concrete bases; Reinforcement of new and old terrazzo bases; Reinforcement of new and old hardened wear-resistant floors.

Advantages of Concrete Sealing Hardener Floors
- High Strength: The treated concrete surface achieves a Mohs hardness of 8, significantly enhancing strength by approximately 200%.
- Wear Resistance: The various components solidify into a hard, dense mass, dramatically improving wear resistance by about six times.
- Dust Prevention: Through chemical reactions with concrete silicates, a dense structure forms, effectively preventing dust accumulation on the surface.
- Compression Resistance: Treated samples show a 40% increase in compressive strength compared to untreated samples, with flexural strength more than doubling.
- Water Resistance: Deeply penetrates concrete, locking pores and blocking the ingress of water, oil, and other contaminants.
- Aging Resistance: Prevents damage from chloride ions and UV exposure, with concrete remaining unaffected by electromagnetic fields or mist.
- Corrosion Resistance: Substantially enhances the corrosion resistance of the treated concrete surface.
- Bonding Strength: Increases bonding strength with epoxy resin by 21.9%, while maintaining consistent bonding strength with coatings.
- Glossiness: The treated concrete floor achieves a marble-like sheen, with gloss improving further over time.
