The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a remarkable water-hardening inorganic composite material crafted from premium-quality raw ingredients. Carefully calibrated for a perfect ratio, it boasts exceptional fluidity, enabling it to swiftly and flawlessly level indoor floors. This compound is ideally suited for a broad range of applications, including preparation for various floor coverings such as plastic flooring, sheet materials, tile, and wooden floors, ensuring a smooth installation.
Renowned for its superior strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound provides a seamless and robust foundation for floor installations. It is perfectly suited for an array of solid substrates, including concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, ensuring a reliable and enduring base.
1. Exhibiting excellent fluidity, it autonomously levels the ground, eliminating manual intervention.
2. Enhancing the density, hardness, and homogeneity of the foundation for superior durability.
3. Effectively reducing porosity and boosting uniform absorption, ensuring a flawless finish.
4. Quick-drying and early setting allows for the grinding and laying of decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days.
5. Features low shrinkage properties to prevent cracking during ground treatment, ensuring longevity.

K50 is versatile, allowing application thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single pass, meeting diverse project requirements.
1. Thoroughly remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to remove all loose materials and dust for a clean subfloor.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and free of any puddles to avoid compromising the application.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. For non-absorbent substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is recommended to achieve the best results.
The ideal water-to-mortar ratio stands at 26%, guaranteeing optimal consistency and performance.
1. Following a comprehensive cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry, approximately 2-6 hours after application, commence pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring around 6 liters of clean water into a container, then gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until smooth and lump-free. Spread the mixture evenly using a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. Protect the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, ensuring the mixing and application process is completed within 10 minutes.
3. Utilize a defoaming roller to roll over the surface before the compound begins to set, eliminating any entrapped air. For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be employed.
TRANSPORTATION
The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. When sealed properly, the shelf life is 6 months.
During transportation, take precautions to avoid collisions and compression to maintain the integrity of the packaging and product quality.
