2. Even out any irregularities by sanding the floor. This crucial step removes loose concrete and impurities, providing a smooth and pristine base for your flooring application.
3. Maintain a dry base, ensuring it is devoid of puddles and moisture, to guarantee a flawless application of our high-performance self-leveling cement.
4. For substrates that are absorbent, it is advised to apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, we recommend the use of the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent. Both products are designed to enhance the adherence and longevity of your flooring.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer, ensuring every speck of dust is removed, and then select the ideal primer tailored to your specific needs. Once the primer has effortlessly seeped into the base and begins its drying process, approximately between 2 to 6 hours post-application, you can embark on the preparatory phase for your self-leveling solution.
2. Initiate the mixing process by pouring around 5 liters of pristine, clear water into a suitable mixing container. Gradually introduce a 25-kilogram bag of our premium self-leveling compound into the water, blending diligently with a mixer until you've achieved a gloriously smooth and lump-free consistency. Once perfected, promptly pour out the luxurious blend and apply it with precision. Use a specialized notched trowel to masterfully control the desired thickness. Protect your freshly mixed masterpiece from the harshness of direct sunlight and gusty winds.
3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, swiftly employ a defoaming roller across the surface. This crucial action ensures the expulsion of any unwanted air bubbles introduced during mixing. Note: For efficient delivery, a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. It is imperative to maintain the construction environment's temperature within the comfortable bounds of 5°C and 30°C. Additionally, ensure that the relative humidity remains moderate, avoiding excessively high levels.
2. Adhere strictly to the specified water ratio outlined in our comprehensive product manual. This precision is crucial to prevent any deviation in performance, ensuring that neither an excess nor a deficiency in water compromises the self-leveling material's integrity.
3. The prepared self-leveling material must be applied expeditiously within a 20-minute window. This precaution prevents the material from prematurely solidifying and rendering it unworkable.
4. Exercise utmost caution during application to prevent the inadvertent splashing of materials into eyes or onto skin, prioritizing safety at all times.
5. Throughout the curing phase, safeguard the surface from impacts by heavy objects or exposure to water, ensuring optimal conditions for a flawless finish.
TRANSPORTATION
