The K50 commercial self-leveling compound epitomizes advanced construction materials. Crafted from premium raw materials in a meticulously precise blend, it boasts superb fluidity that ensures rapid leveling of indoor surfaces. It's the ideal choice for preparing floors before laying a variety of coverings, including plastic flooring, tiles, wooden planks, and more, ensuring a flawless finish every time.
Celebrated for its remarkable strength, minimal shrinkage, and superior adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound lays down a smooth and robust base for any flooring project. Applicable to a wide spectrum of solid substrates, it is perfect for concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and even stone tile surfaces.
1. Exceptional fluidity that self-levels to create a perfectly even surface.
2. Enhances the foundation's density, hardness, and uniformity.
3. Minimizes porosity and guarantees consistent absorption across the surface.
4. Quick-drying and early setting properties enable grinding and installation of decorative flooring within 1-2 days.
5. Exhibits low shrinkage, effectively preventing cracks during ground preparation.

K50 allows application thickness ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single go.
1. Eliminate oil stains, dust, loose particles, and remnants of old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind any uneven areas to clear away loose concrete and debris, then vacuum the surface to remove dust and particles.
3. Ensure the substrate is dry and devoid of puddles.
4. For absorbent substrates, apply the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, use the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent.
The optimal water-to-mortar ratio is 26% for best results.
1. After thoroughly cleaning the base layer, choose the appropriate primer. As the primer begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), commence the self-leveling process.
2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a mixing container. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound, stirring with a mixer until smooth and free of lumps. Spread the mixture evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness, while protecting it from direct sunlight and strong winds. Complete mixing and application within 10 minutes for optimal results.
3. Prior to the compound setting, use a defoaming roller to eliminate entrapped air. For efficient transport, a pump with a capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain its integrity. When sealed, the shelf life extends to 6 months.
During transit, ensure protection against collisions and compression to preserve the packaging and product quality.
