The K50 commercial self-leveling compound, a premium water-hardening inorganic composite material, is crafted using top-grade raw ingredients and a meticulously refined ratio. It boasts superior fluidity, facilitating rapid indoor floor leveling. This versatile solution is ideal for preparing the base layer before the installation of various floorings, including plastic, sheet, tile, and wooden materials.
Esteemed for its impressive high strength, minimal shrinkage, and exceptional adhesion, the K50 self-leveling compound ensures a flawlessly smooth, robust foundation essential for floor paving. It is adaptable for numerous solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces.
1. Incredible fluidity allows for automatic ground leveling, ensuring a seamless finish.
2. Enhances foundation density, hardness, and uniformity, ensuring a stable base.
3. Diminishes porosity, facilitating consistent absorption across the surface.
4. Quick drying and early setting enable the grinding and installation of decorative flooring within 1-2 days.
5. Minimal shrinkage safeguards against cracking during ground preparation, maintaining structural integrity.

K50 can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm in a single application, adapting to various project needs.
1. Thoroughly remove any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and residual old coatings from the surface.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, then vacuum to clear away residual materials and dust.
3. Ensure the base remains dry, preventing any puddles from forming.
4. For absorbent substrates, employ LG660 water-based absorbent interface agent; for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to ensure adequate preparation.
Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal consistency and performance.
1. Post extensive cleaning of the base layer, select a suitable primer. Once the primer is absorbed and starts drying (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), initiate pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Introduce roughly 6 liters of clean water into a container, slowly adding a 25-kilogram self-leveling compound bag. Mix thoroughly with a mixer until entirely smooth and lump-free. Distribute the mixed material evenly, using a specialized notched trowel to manage thickness. Protect freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing mixing and application within 10 minutes.
3. Prior to setting of the self-leveling compound, use a defoaming roller to eliminate trapped air bubbles. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended for transporting the self-leveling slurry.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarding from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, it enjoys a 6-month shelf life.
During transport, exercise caution to avoid collisions and compression, protecting the packaging from damage.
