Product Construction Process

Step 1
Clean the Base Surface: Begin by ensuring the floor is free from dust and debris using a mop. If the floor isn't level, apply a self-leveling material for a smooth and pristine surface.

Step 2.
Adhesive Application: Utilize a scraper brush to spread the adhesive uniformly across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, signaling readiness for carpet installation.

Step 3.
Carpet Installation: Lay the carpet evenly, apply firm pressure, and use a rubber mallet or pressure roller to ensure it is securely in place.

Step 4
Let the Adhesive Cure
Allow at least 3 hours for the adhesive to gain bonding strength. Avoid walking or working on the carpet for 12 hours to ensure it withstands weight without bubbling or deformation. Simplified Translation.
