Substrate Treatment

Ensure the substrate surface is impeccably smooth, & dry, devoid of cracks, oil stains, & chemical additives like release agents. Avoid using on loose or significantly sand-shedding surfaces. Prior to application, employ shot blasting and thorough vacuuming for optimal results.

Application Method

 

>> Clear away any unstable loose materials and oil stains from the floor surface to prepare it for application.

>> Dilute the hardener with water in a 1:1 to 1:2 ratio, adjusting as necessary for substrate absorption. Use a roller brush for a uniform coat, ensuring total penetration for the best results.

>> For superior reinforcement, consider applying additional coats to strengthen the foundation.

>> Once cured, the substrate can be directly treated with an array of materials, including putty powder, anti-crack mortar, plastering, surface mortar, or self-levelingcement, to achieve the desired finish.
