The K50 commercial self-leveling compound is a state-of-the-art, water-hardening inorganic composite material, meticulously crafted from premium-grade raw materials with an optimal mix ratio. This results in exceptional fluidity that effortlessly and rapidly levels indoor floors, making it an ideal choice for creating a perfectly even surface before the installation of various floor materials such as plastic flooring, sheet materials, tiles, and wooden floors.
K50 self-leveling compound is celebrated for its remarkable characteristics, including superior strength, minimal shrinkage, and outstanding adhesion. These features ensure a smooth and robust foundation that is perfect for floor paving. It is specifically engineered to be compatible with a wide range of solid substrates, such as concrete floors, cement mortar leveling layers, and stone tile surfaces, delivering unmatched performance every time.
1. Exceptional fluidity for effortless and automatic ground leveling
2. Enhances the foundation by boosting density, hardness, and uniformity
3. Minimizes porosity for improved and consistent absorption
4. Rapid drying and early setting facilitate grinding and laying decorative flooring materials within just 1-2 days
5. Low shrinkage formula effectively prevents ground treatment cracking

K50 provides versatility in application, allowing thickness from 2mm to 5mm with just one application, catering to various leveling needs.
1. Meticulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Grind uneven surfaces to eliminate loose concrete and debris, followed by thorough vacuuming to clear away all loose materials and dust.
3. Ensure that the base is completely dry and devoid of any puddles to maintain the integrity of the application.
4. For substrates with high absorbency, the use of LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent is recommended; for non-absorbent surfaces, opt for the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent treatment.
Achieve perfect results with a precise 26% water-to-mortar ratio, ensuring the consistency needed for optimal performance and durability.
1. Post thorough cleaning of the base layer, select an appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and starts drying (approximately within 2-6 hours), initiate the pre-work for self-leveling.
2. Begin by pouring approximately 6 liters of pristine water into a container, then gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix meticulously using a mixer until the blend is completely smooth and free of lumps. Distribute the mixed material evenly with a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Safeguard the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a tight 10-minute window.
3. Utilize a defoaming roller before the self-leveling compound sets to roll over the surface, effectively expelling trapped air. Optional: Employ a pump with a 20-40 liters per minute delivery capacity for efficient self-leveling slurry transport.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Under sealed conditions, the shelf life extends to a generous 6 months.
During transportation, exercise caution to avoid collisions and compression, thereby preserving the integrity of the packaging.
