TECHNICAL GUIDANCE
PRODUCT CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

STEP 1
CLEAN THE BASE SURFACE Meticulously remove dust and debris from the floor using a mop. If the floor isn't level, apply self-leveling material for a flawlessly smooth and pristine surface.

STEP 2.
ADHESIVE APPLICATION Utilize a scraper brush to uniformly spread the adhesive across the floor. Allow 15-20 minutes for the adhesive to transition from white to transparent, then proceed with laying the carpet.

STEP 3.
CARPET INSTALLATION Lay the carpet flat and smooth, apply firm pressure, then use a rubber mallet to tap or a pressure roller to ensure complete adhesion.

STEP 4
LET THE ADHESIVE CURE
Allow the carpet adhesive to gain bonding strength within 3 hours. Refrain from walking or working on the carpet for at least 12 hours to prevent bubbling or deformation. This method ensures durability and resilience.
