SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

1. Begin by thoroughly eliminating oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any lingering old coatings from the surface. This essential cleansing prepares your base for optimal results.
2. Proceed to sand down any uneven ground meticulously. This step is crucial for removing loose concrete and lingering impurities, setting the stage for a seamless application.

3. Ensure the base is meticulously dry and absolutely free of any puddles. A dry surface is vital for the subsequent application process, ensuring superior adherence and performance.
4. For absorbent substrates, it is highly recommended to employ the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent surface substrates, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for optimal preparation.

APPLICATION

1. Begin the preparation for self-leveling by thoroughly cleansing the base layer, ensuring the appropriate primer is selected for optimal results. Once the primer has been fully absorbed and starts to dry-typically within 2 to 6 hours post-application-initiate the preliminary work for self-leveling to guarantee a superior finish.

2. To achieve a flawless mixture, carefully pour around 5 liters of pristine water into a chosen container. Gradually incorporate a 25-kilogram bag of the self-leveling compound, ensuring to blend the contents with a mixer until you achieve a completely smooth, lump-free consistency. Dispense the prepared mixture evenly, utilizing a specialized notched trowel for precise thickness control. It is crucial to shield the newly mixed material from direct sunlight and powerful winds to maintain its integrity.

3. Prior to the self-leveling compound setting, delicately run a defoaming roller over the surface to eliminate any entrapped air, ensuring a perfect finish. Note: Utilize a pump with a delivery capacity ranging from 20 to 40 liters per minute to efficiently transport the self-leveling slurry, facilitating an even and streamlined application.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Ensure the construction environment's temperature remains within an ideal range of 5°C to 30°C while maintaining a moderate relative humidity. This controlled setting is crucial for optimal application.

2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision prevents any compromise on the self-leveling material's performance that may result from excess or insufficient water addition.

3. Apply the mixed self-leveling material within a 20-minute window to prevent premature solidification, ensuring the material remains workable and effective for application.

4. Exercise caution during the construction process to avoid accidental splashes of the material onto skin or eyes, prioritizing safety at all times.

5. During the crucial curing period, ensure the ground is kept free from impacts by heavy objects and protected from water exposure, preserving the integrity of the final application.

TRANSPORTATION
To extend the product's longevity, store it in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool location, away from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, take care to avoid any collisions or compression to preserve the packaging's condition and prevent potential damage.
