Product introduction
Introducing the Super Wear-resistant Floor Sealing Hardener! This innovative product is designed to fully penetrate concrete surfaces to a depth of 5mm - 8mm. It chemically reacts with free calcium and magnesium ions within the concrete, resulting in a dense crystalline structure. The outcome is a concrete floor that is exceptionally hard, durable, and visually appealing.
Our lithium-based hardener is uniquely formulated for emery floors, often referred to as wear-resistant floors.
Over time, emery floors may face dust and dirt accumulation due to their inherent porosity. Unlike other cement products, emery floors have distinct structural, pH, and trace element characteristics. Our specialized emery floor hardener is designed to address these unique attributes, ensuring all active components within the floor participate in the reaction. This results in a uniformly treated surface.
Application scope
Ideal for use in: Industrial floors; Workshop floors; Supermarket floors; Concrete parking lots; Concrete highways; Airport runways; Concrete bridges; Concrete docks; Concrete walls; Sports centers; Any location with a concrete or cement mortar base; Reinforcement of both new and old concrete bases; Reinforcement of new and old terrazzo bases; Reinforcement of new and old hardened wear-resistant floors.

Advantages of Concrete Sealing Hardener Floors
- High Strength: Achieves a Mohs hardness of 8 on the treated concrete surface, increasing its strength by approximately 200%.
- Wear Resistance: The concrete's components solidify into a hard, dense mass, enhancing wear resistance by about six times.
- Dust Prevention: Forms a dense structure through chemical reactions with silicates, preventing dust accumulation on the surface.
- Compression Resistance: Treated surfaces show a 40% increase in compressive strength compared to untreated ones, with a more than doubled flexural strength.
- Water Resistance: Penetrates the concrete effectively, locking pores to prevent ingress of water, oil, and other contaminants.
- Aging Resistance: Offers excellent protection against damage from chloride ions and UV exposure, ensuring the concrete remains unaffected by electromagnetic fields or mist.
- Corrosion Resistance: Significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of treated concrete surfaces.
- Bonding Strength: Increases bonding strength with epoxy resin by 21.9%, while maintaining consistent bonding strength with coatings.
- Glossiness: The treated concrete floor boasts a marble-like sheen that improves with extended use.
