SUBFLOOR PREPARATION
1. Begin by meticulously eliminating any oil stains, dust, loose debris, and outdated coatings from the surface to ensure a pristine starting point.
2. Proceed to sand any uneven ground, effectively removing loose concrete and impurities, creating a smooth canvas for further treatment.
3. It is crucial to maintain a dry base, completely free from puddles to guarantee optimal conditions for the next steps.
4. For absorbent substrates, we highly recommend the application of the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent. Conversely, for non-absorbent substrate surfaces, the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent is advised for superior preparation.

APPLICATION
1. Begin by meticulously cleaning the base layer to ensure an impeccable foundation. Select the appropriate primer and apply it to the prepared surface. Allow the primer to be absorbed and begin to dry. This typically takes about 2 to 6 hours. Once the primer has dried, proceed with the preparations for the self-leveling application.
2. Into a container, pour approximately 5 liters of clean water. Gradually add a 25-kilogram bag of our self-leveling compound. Employ a mixer to blend the components until a consistently smooth, lump-free mixture is achieved. Gently pour out this perfectly mixed material, spreading it evenly across the surface. Use a specialized notched trowel to precisely control the thickness. It's crucial to shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds to maintain its integrity.
3. Before the self-leveling compound begins to set, utilize a defoaming roller to meticulously roll over the surface, ensuring any entrapped air is expelled. Note: For efficient transportation of the self-leveling slurry, a pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute is recommended.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Maintain the construction environment at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C. It's essential to ensure the relative humidity remains low to prevent any adverse effects on the application.
2. Adhere strictly to the water ratio specified in the product manual. This precision is vital to preserve the high-performance characteristics of the self-leveling material. Avoid deviations by adding excessive or insufficient water.
3. Utilize the mixed self-leveling material promptly within 20 minutes. This timeframe is critical to prevent the material from setting, which would render it unusable.
4. Exercise caution during application to safeguard against accidental splashes into the eyes or onto the skin. Safety should always be a priority.
5. During the critical curing period, it is imperative to protect the surface from impacts by heavy objects or exposure to water. This ensures the longevity and durability of the application.
TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool location, shielded from direct sunlight and moisture. During transportation, care must be taken to avoid collisions and compression, which could compromise the integrity of the packaging and the product within.
